Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Orestes Prometheus (ranked 98 p4p, 165 weight class) and Adan Puno (ranked 17 p4p, 26 weight class). Prometheus comes to the cage accompanied by Before I Forget - Slipknot. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Orestes Prometheus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Adan Puno! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Puno throws a lazy uppercut
and Prometheus cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Adan Puno has been cut. Puno misses with a straight right. Prometheus uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Puno. Prometheus blocks a low kick nicely. Prometheus connects with a high kick. Prometheus connects with a nice looking jab.
That has opened up Adan Puno's cut even more. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Puno steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Prometheus. Puno looks like he wants to counter punch here. Puno misses with a right hand and Prometheus counters with a left to the body. Puno getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Orestes Prometheus has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prometheus takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Puno throws a leg kick but Prometheus sees it coming and moves out of range. Puno on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Puno swings widly with a right hand
and Prometheus counters with a nice low kick that buckles Puno's knee momentarily. Puno misses with a looping right. Puno misses with a left hand letting Prometheus counter with a right hand. A big right from Puno misses. Prometheus is looking for a counter combo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Puno looks to land a right hand but Prometheus moved out of range. As Puno backs away, Prometheus returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Puno swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Puno blocks a jab. It seemed like Puno was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Prometheus throws a head kick but Puno moves out of range.
Puno takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
The cut above Adan Puno's eye is starting to cause him problems now. The crowd cheers as Prometheus lands an impressive looking overhand right. Puno doesn't seem phased though. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! BOOM! Prometheus lands a beautiful left hook that drops Puno. Puno tries to recover but Prometheus is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Puno lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Orestes Prometheus! A relieved looking Orestes Prometheus thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
