The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jang Jai throws a nice looking combination but Salajudin Ii bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Some wild striking there from Jang Jai.
Wang Jang Jai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jang Jai misses with a left hand
and Salajudin Ii counters with a stiff right hand.
Salajudin Ii takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Salajudin Ii jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Jang Jai manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Salajudin Ii is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jang Jai knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Salajudin Ii wants to control but Jang Jai is keeping him busy.

Salajudin Ii is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jang Jai is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Jang Jai stops Salajudin Ii from passing to mount.

Salajudin Ii's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Salajudin Ii swings around for an armbar but Jang Jai sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Salajudin Ii's guard.

Salajudin Ii is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jang Jai is aware though and is defending well.

Salajudin Ii is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Jang Jai frees his head nicely. Oh but Salajudin Ii has switched to an armbar! Jang Jai is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
