Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandr Zuev (ranked 1211 p4p, 540 weight class) and Cole Steel (ranked 161 p4p, 72 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

As Steel tries to get set, Zuev tries to push him back and clinch up but Steel manages to avoid the attempt.

Zuev takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Steel lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zuev circles away quickly and effectively.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Steel crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Zuev - the referee stops the clock and Steel gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Zuev. Steel manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
