Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brusse Liee (ranked 1311 p4p, 800 weight class) and Samson Buddha (ranked 181 p4p, 107 weight class). Liee comes to the cage accompanied by Disturbed - Indestructible [Official Music Video]. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Samson Buddha!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Josh West and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buddha connects with a single shot there.
Buddha connects with an inside leg kick.
Liee looks to land a combination. Buddha sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Samson Buddha has been cut.

Buddha shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Buddha showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Buddha is looking to take a break and control but Liee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Well, if Buddha is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Buddha throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Buddha has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Liee wants to control but Buddha is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Buddha seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Buddha has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Liee seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Liee has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Buddha has passed into side control.

Buddha goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Liee rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Buddha's guard! Nice work there by Liee!

Buddha has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Liee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Liee wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Buddha throws a low kick, looking for Liee's leg but Liee calmly moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fight stays on the outside here - Liee looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Liee avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Buddha has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Liee throws a counter high kick but Buddha was just alert enough to avoid it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Liee lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Buddha catches Liee with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Liee throws a looping overhand right but Buddha ducks down to avoid it.

Buddha takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Liee throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Buddha on the side of the head.

That has opened up Samson Buddha's cut even more.
Buddha's corner calls for a 1-2. Buddha obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Buddha takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Liee slips under a jab from Buddha.
Buddha misses with a double jab.
Liee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Buddha manages to avoid it.
Liee scores with a one two! Buddha had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Buddha uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Liee.
Buddha swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Liee throws a body punch but Buddha moves out of range.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Liee wants to take a breather but Buddha is having none of it.

Liee content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Buddha has locked up a guillotine! Buddha's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Liee is holding on here and Buddha must be using up a lot of energy. Liee has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Buddha gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Samson Buddha!
Our winner, Samson Buddha, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
The defeated Brusse Liee had this to say: 'No! Not water! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ohhh! I'm melting! I'm melting! What a world, what a world! It was a fighting force of extraordinary magnitude!'.
