Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Leonard Nimoy (ranked 897 p4p, 595 weight class) and Roger Glover (ranked 119 p4p, 83 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Glover's choice of entrance music: GOAT Power. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Roger Glover enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glover misses with a shot to the body
and Nimoy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Glover looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Roger Glover seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nimoy scores with the left hand. Glover knows he should have avoided that one.
Glover bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Glover darts in and clinches Nimoy up against the cage.

Nimoy lands with a hook. Glover tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Nimoy missing with a left hand there. Glover was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Nimoy connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Glover tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Glover takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Glover seems to have recovered his senses.
Nimoy takes a swing at Glover's ribcage but misses.
Glover ducks under a wild hook from Nimoy.
Glover tries to clinch up.
Glover closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Glover wants to break free but Nimoy has control.
Nimoy doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Glover is trying to push Nimoy away but Nimoy has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Nimoy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nimoy cracks Glover with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Nimoy has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Glover to stand back up!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Leonard Nimoy dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Glover has Nimoy up against the cage in a clinch.
Nimoy is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Nimoy lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Glover backwards.

Nimoy lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Nimoy.
Glover unleashes a big counter combination but Nimoy bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Glover has managed to clinch.

Nimoy tries a body shot but Glover blocks it.
Nimoy is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Glover can do to turn this around?

Glover looks up at the clock. Bad move! Nimoy lands a right hand from hell, dropping Glover. Nimoy pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
