Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henry Dustfinger (ranked 174 p4p, 236 weight class) and Ryder Young (ranked 14 p4p, 18 weight class). Dustfinger comes into the arena with The Bull Rider- Johnny Cash blaring out of the sound system. Young has chosen Of Monsters and Men - Destroyer as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Henry Dustfinger has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Henry Dustfinger seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ryder Young!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young digs a good body shot into Dustfinger's ribs.
Dustfinger moves out of range of the strikes.
Dustfinger ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Young drops his hands momentarily and Dustfinger takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

and Young counters with a crisp right hand that drops Dustfinger! Young lets Dustfinger back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Dustfinger lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Dustfinger throws a nice looking combination but Young bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Young fails to land with a series of punches.
Young misses with a body shot.
Dustfinger is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Young lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dustfinger at a distance.
Dustfinger keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Young is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Dustfinger rather than just go for the knockout.

enabling Young to counter with a crisp jab.
Dustfinger is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Young throws a lazy right hand but Dustfinger sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Dustfinger scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Young throws a pinpoint strike between Dustfinger's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Dustfinger crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Young scores a great knockout victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ryder Young!
Ryder Young very nearly forgot to thank Action Apparel amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
Henry Dustfinger spoke after the fight, saying 'Awww Hell!'.
