Brussard fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Williams has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Williams crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Brussard - the referee stops the clock and Williams gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Brussard. Williams manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Brussard lands a left and a right that send Williams crashing to the mat, dazed. Brussard thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Brussard feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Williams sprawling to the canvas! Williams rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Brussard finish him?!

Brussard cracks Williams with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Williams looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Brussard finish him?

Brussard pounces like a tiger and cracks Williams with a vicious hook! Williams is down but not out! Brussard follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
