Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mason Jones (ranked 21 p4p, 25 weight class) and Spider Monkey (ranked 3 p4p, 4 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Spider Monkey!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Monkey in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
