Peters comes to the cage accompanied by Skyfire - Shogun. Gazersky has chosen Clutch - Electric Worry as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sol Peters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marlon Gazersky!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peters takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Sol Peters has been cut.
Peters misses with a right hand

and Gazersky counters with a left hand that sends Peters to the canvas!

Peters is rocked!
Gazersky cracks Peters with a solid left hand.
Oh Peters is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gazersky scoring with punches to the head and body.
Gazersky throws a big right hand that misses.
Gazersky distracts Peters with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Gazersky has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Peters seems to have got his legs back now.
Peters controlling Gazersky's posture.
Peters wants to stand up but Gazersky is controlling him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Peters is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gazersky is controlling him.

Sol Peters's cut is getting worse.
Peters is trying to keep Gazersky in close.
Gazersky trying to control the position from guard on top but Peters is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Gazersky with a flurry of punches that miss.
Peters keeping moving, preventing Gazersky from controlling successfully.
Gazersky wants to pass the guard but Peters is keeping the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A jab from Gazersky does it's job there.

Sol Peters's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gazersky slips under a jab.
A little jabbing left from Gazersky on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Gazersky misses with a body shot.
Peters swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Gazersky's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Peters connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gazersky scrambles back to his feet.
Gazersky tries to clinch up.
An attempted straight right counter from Peters misses the target.
Peters scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Gazersky tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Peters defends well and Gazersky ends up having to push Peters into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Peters scores with a body shot.
Peters scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gazersky doesn't seem bothered though.
Peters scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
An inside leg kick lands from Peters.
Peters works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

It looks like Marlon Gazersky has been cut.
Peters scores with a nice strike.
Sol Peters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gazersky drops his hands momentarily and Peters needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Gazersky just on the top of the head. Gazersky drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Gazersky - he's done!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Sol Peters!
During a confident post fight interview, Sol Peters thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
