Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willie Diggs (ranked 2 p4p, 40 weight class) and Bora Khan (ranked 1 p4p, 6 weight class). Diggs comes to the cage accompanied by CHOSEN 1. Khan is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tim McGraw - Live Like You Were Dying. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Willie Diggs!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bora Khan!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Diggs moves away.
Khan throws a leg kick
and Diggs counters with a crisp right hand that drops Khan! Diggs lets Khan back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
It looks like Bora Khan has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Khan misses the target.
An attempted straight right counter from Diggs misses the target.
Khan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Khan just misses with a punch to the body.
Khan lands a right hook to the body.
Bora Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Khan misses with a wild body shot.
Diggs takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Diggs cracks Khan with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Khan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Diggs sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Diggs throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Diggs pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Khan scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Diggs doesn't seem bothered though.
Khan looks to throw the jab but Diggs is out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Khan lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Diggs backs up against the cage.
A nice leg kick from Khan, right into the meat of the thigh.
Diggs avoids the body shot from Khan.
It looked like Diggs was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Khan.
Good work by Diggs as he checks the leg kick.
Diggs is looking to counter punch.
Khan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Khan misses with a jab to the body
and Diggs makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Khan throws a sloppy body shot
and Diggs counters with a nice body shot.
Khan throws out a loose jab but Diggs uses good head movement to avoid it.
Diggs sends Khan crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Diggs is motioning to the referee to let Khan up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
That has opened up Bora Khan's cut even more.
Khan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Khan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Diggs.
Khan throws a hook but Diggs blocks it.
Khan misses with an uppercut
and Diggs scores with a counter punch that sends Khan to the canvas! Diggs smells blood - he's punishing Khan with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Khan has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Willie Diggs!
Willie Diggs retains his middleweight title!
A very excited looking Willie Diggs rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
