Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iranian Hulk (ranked 1488 p4p, 1112 weight class) and Joe Mendez (ranked 90 p4p, 69 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendez missing with a left hand there. Hulk was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Hulk throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mendez tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hulk is in Mendez's guard.
