The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leifsson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dodgers at a distance.

Dodgers paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Dodgers looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Leifsson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dodgers stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Leifsson sends Dodgers crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Leifsson is motioning to the referee to let Dodgers up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Dodgers motions for Leifsson to come forward. Dodgers throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Dodgers lunges at Leifsson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Leifsson's hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dodgers fires out a quick counter leg kick but Leifsson just manages to avoid it.
Leifsson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Leifsson cracks Dodgers with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Leifsson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Dodgers to stand back up!
Oh Dodgers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Leifsson lands a big uppercut and Dodgers crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Dodgers looks OK. Leifsson waves Dodgers back to his feet!

and Dodgers counters with a crisp right hand that drops Leifsson! Dodgers lets Leifsson back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

The fighters circle momentarily. Dodgers darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Leifsson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dodgers moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dodgers is looking to counter punch.

Dodgers is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Dodgers drops Leifsson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Leifsson looks back up at him and smiles so Dodgers waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
