Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ray White (ranked 292 p4p, 557 weight class) and Hugo Mesquita (ranked 20 p4p, 46 weight class). White's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, HonestKey- Change. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mesquita works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Mesquita has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but White can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mesquita is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Mesquita is stalling here. White is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Mesquita seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and White has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

White looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mesquita with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Mesquita is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but White pulls his head out easily.

Mesquita manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. White manages to get himself to full guard.

Mesquita stands up over White, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Mesquita is posturing up here but White has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Mesquita tries to roll out but it's too tight and Mesquita has to tap! Slick submission there by White!
