The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hightower throws out a loose jab but Chai uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hightower slips under a jab.
Hightower checks the leg kick.
Crunch! Hightower slams his shin into Chai's torso.
Chai uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hightower.
Chai takes one to the chin there.
A shot to the body from Chai misses

and Hightower counters with a crisp right hand that drops Chai! Hightower lets Chai back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Chai is rocked!

It looks like Ghost Chai has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hightower lands a front kick.
Chai is still on wobbly legs! Can Hightower finish him?
Chai looks winded!
Hightower ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Chai out cold! The fight is over!

After winning the bout, Jason Hightower thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
