Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shinnosuke Nakagawa (ranked 270 p4p, 364 weight class) and Barack Obaminator (ranked 33 p4p, 43 weight class). Nakagawa comes to the cage accompanied by Koto - CloZee. Obaminator has chosen Gil Scott-Herron - The Revolution Will Not Be Televised as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Luis Engracia and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakagawa takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Obaminator fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nakagawa.
Nakagawa wants to clinch up but Obaminator keeps it at a distance.
Nakagawa closes the distance but Obaminator moves to the side
and Obaminator counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Obaminator throws a low kick, looking for Nakagawa's leg but Nakagawa calmly moves out of range.
Nakagawa takes one to the chin there.
Obaminator jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nakagawa drops his hands momentarily and Obaminator takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Obaminator throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Nakagawa takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Nakagawa drives through and clinches with Obaminator against the cage.

Nakagawa is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Obaminator can't fight it off and eventually Nakagawa manages to take the fight to the floor. Obaminator looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Obaminator has his foot on Nakagawa's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nakagawa works his way back into a safe position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Obaminator is looking to cinch up a triangle. Nakagawa throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Obaminator's body to avoid the submission. Obaminator has instead reached around Nakagawa's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Obaminator arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
