Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Samson Buddha (ranked 64 p4p, 129 weight class) and Paavo Talvela (ranked 9 p4p, 20 weight class). Talvela has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buddha throws a body punch but Talvela moves out of range.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Buddha is on top in guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Talvela bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Buddha's guard.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Talvela seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Buddha has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Talvela should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Buddha has tightened it up now! Talvela should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
