The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lunak misses with a left hand
and Santos counters with a nice low kick that buckles Lunak's knee momentarily.
Lunak throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Santos counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lunak! Santos lets Lunak back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
It looks like Libor Lunak has been cut.
Lunak misses with a jab to the body
and Santos counters with a solid body kick.
Lunak looks winded!
Lunak rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Santos counter with a right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lunak throws a sloppy body shot
and Santos counters with a slapping leg kick.
Santos cracks Lunak with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Lunak falls to his knees and Santos doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Santiago Santos!
