Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Minerva Wulf (ranked 846 p4p, 1690 weight class) and Diogo Martins (ranked 63 p4p, 118 weight class). Wulf kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sanctus Dominus. Martins has chosen Monte Tiene Garabato as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Martins enables Wulf to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Martins manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Martins got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wulf has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Martins has managed to get both his arms back between Wulf's legs - danger averted.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wulf has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Martins is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Wulf.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Minerva Wulf.
