Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arturo Hernandez (ranked 307 p4p, 9 weight class) and Kaengsaklek Sitsongrit (ranked 31 p4p, 2 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Arturo Hernandez!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kaengsaklek Sitsongrit!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Sano and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sitsongrit cracks a nice hook into Hernandez's ribs.

Sitsongrit fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hernandez manages to avoid it.
It looked like Hernandez wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Sitsongrit slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Hernandez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sitsongrit tries to avoid it but Hernandez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sitsongrit to the ground. Sitsongrit escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Sitsongrit lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hernandez at a distance.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Sitsongrit ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Hernandez's jaw. Hernandez's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Sitsongrit does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:42 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kaengsaklek Sitsongrit! Kaengsaklek Sitsongrit retains his featherweight title!
Kaengsaklek Sitsongrit decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
