Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Blaydes (ranked 146 p4p, 387 weight class) and Jacques Turcotte (ranked 18 p4p, 42 weight class). Blaydes comes to the cage accompanied by Black Sunshine - White Zombie. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Thiago Cunha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Blaydes lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Turcotte is controlling Blaydes's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Blaydes looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Turcotte with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Blaydes unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Turcotte wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Blaydes celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
