Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Matt Seal (ranked 289 p4p, 922 weight class) and Hugo Mesquita (ranked 21 p4p, 67 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Seal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hugo Mesquita!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Mesquita.
Seal lands with a shot to the body.
Mesquita fails with a takedown attempt.
A left and a right from Seal both land. Nice combination.
Mesquita throws a hook to the side of Seal's head but Seal sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Seal throws a looping overhand right but Mesquita ducks down to avoid it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mesquita uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Seal.

Seal appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Seal lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Mesquita throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Seal throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mesquita.

Mesquita shoots in and bounces Seal off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Seal working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mesquita doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mesquita manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Seal has momentary wrist control but Mesquita slips an elbow through the middle.
Seal is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mesquita defends well.

Mesquita stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Seal swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Mesquita drops back looking for a leg! Seal is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Seal manages to kick Mesquita off! Mesquita jumps back into Seal's guard.
Mesquita connects with a couple of short punches.
Mesquita wants to control from the top but Seal keeps moving.

Mesquita has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Seal to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mesquita is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Seal pulls down on the head and he's put Mesquita to sleep! This one is all over!
