Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Egor Kuznecov (ranked 656 p4p, 522 weight class) and Kobra Jay (ranked 48 p4p, 38 weight class). Kobra Jay told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jay misses the jab.

A looping hook to the body misses from Kuznecov. Jay does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jay connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Kuznecov takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Jay thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Kuznecov if he has to take too many more of those.

Jay dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kuznecov. That did some damage!

Jay bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Kuznecov on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jay throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kuznecov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kuznecov is breathing heavily.
Kuznecov tries to close the distance and clinch but Jay swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jay looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Jay swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jay misses with a hook. Kuznecov ducked under it nicely.
Jay throws a head kick that misses.
Jay punishes Kuznecov's body with a nice straight punch.
Kuznecov walks into a stiff left hand from Jay.
Jay connects with an inside leg kick.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Jay jabs Kuznecov to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A slow jab from Jay misses its intended target.

Kuznecov is aggressively charging in as Jay backs up avoiding any damage. Jay tosses out a jab and Kuznecov runs right into it face first! Kuznecov is out cold! Jay dropped down on all fours and is barking in Kuznecov's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
