Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Isamu San Chai (ranked 24250 p4p, 4950 weight class) and Obi Wan Shitnobi (ranked 503 p4p, 441 weight class). Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Isamu San Chai! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Obi Wan Shitnobi! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Luis Engracia and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chai misses with a jab, cross combination.
Shitnobi swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. A punch lands to the side of Chai 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like Isamu San Chai has been cut. Shitnobi scores with a jab. A slow jab from Chai misses its intended target. Shitnobi missing with a left hand there. Chai was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Shitnobi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Chai. Shitnobi tries to keep at a distance but Chai has taken the fight into the clinch. I was talking to Chai's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. A nice left hand lands by Chai.
Chai scores with a nice hook to the head. Shitnobi takes a shot to the head. Chai misses with a short punch on the inside. Shitnobi wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. A short left from Chai. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Chai lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Shitnobi backwards. Shitnobi blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Shitnobi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Chai lunges at Shitnobi with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Shitnobi's hand. Chai jabs Shitnobi to the body, keeping him at a distance. Shitnobi throws a lazy uppercut
and Chai counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Chai cracks a nice hook into Shitnobi's ribs. A looping hook to the body misses from Shitnobi. Chai does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters circle momentarily. Chai darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Chai gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Shitnobi misses with a looping right. Chai avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Obi Wan Shitnobi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chai with a nice cross. Chai forces Shitnobi back against the cage and clinches. Shitnobi can't break the clinch.
Chai has Shitnobi pressed against the cage, preventing Shitnobi from circling away and getting back to striking at range. A short right from Chai on the inside. Chai works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Shitnobi looks winded! A hook to the body from Chai.
Chai creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Shitnobi crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Shitnobi face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Chai takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Isamu San Chai! Isamu San Chai retains his light heavyweight title! An out of breath Isamu San Chai thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
