Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mad Panda (ranked 1461 p4p, 1613 weight class) and Romulo Ferreira (ranked 103 p4p, 111 weight class). Romulo Ferreira will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Romulo Ferreira!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panda with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ferreira to score with a decent uppercut.
Panda fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ferreira, pushing him back against the cage.
Panda tries to pull guard but Ferreira won't allow it.
Panda jumps guard but Ferreira turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Ferreira escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ferreira tries to bum rush Panda with a series of wild strikes but Panda uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
