Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grady Bronze (ranked 2490 p4p, 3523 weight class) and Scythe Lehto (ranked 289 p4p, 378 weight class). Scythe Lehto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Grady Bronze! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Scythe Lehto! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lehto lands a two punch combo.
Lehto connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Bronze tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lehto sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bronze somewhat. Bronze will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Lehto misses with a wild body shot. Lehto wants to slow Bronze down by chopping away at his legs. A counter left hand to the body from Bronze misses its target. Lehto wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bronze uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lehto. Bronze displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lehto throws out the jab. As Lehto backs away, Bronze returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Lehto slaps away a takedown attempt from Bronze, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Grady Bronze. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lehto takes the fight into the clinch. Bronze manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Lehto has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bronze is proving hard to escape from. Lehto decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Lehto moves in looking to clinch but Bronze pushes him off. Bronze feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lehto is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Bronze might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Bronze postures up and lands a big shot to Lehto's brow. Lehto is looking to stand up but Bronze isn't so interested in that idea. Lehto keeping moving, preventing Bronze from controlling successfully. Lehto manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Bronze shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lehto but Lehto pushes him off and we're back to square one. Lehto lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bronze darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bronze thows a huge punch but Lehto dodges it nicely.
Lehto is trying to stand.
Lehto has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Bronze is on him like a limpet, forcing Lehto back against the cage. Lehto prevents the takedown attempt.
Bronze drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lehto pulls his leg out and moves away.
Lehto throws a hook but Bronze avoids it easily. Nice sprawl there from Lehto as Bronze shoots in. Lehto throws a head kick that half lands.
Scythe Lehto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lehto misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bronze.
Bronze defending well as Lehto loads up on a big left hand. Lehto lands a nice shot to the body.
Bronze shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lehto defends it nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lehto thumps Bronze with a low kick. Lehto looks to score with a jab to the body but Bronze is just out of range. Bronze is looking to counter punch. Bronze with a poor takedown and Lehto counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bronze has managed to clinch.
Bronze drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lehto gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lehto lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bronze backwards.
That's five minutes gone in the round. A shot in the inside from Lehto. Lehto's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bronze changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lehto tries to avoid it but Bronze manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lehto to the ground. Lehto escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lehto throws a chopping leg kick but Bronze manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Bronze shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lehto defends it nicely. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lehto, as that shot connected.
Lehto fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Lehto has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Bronze is landing a low percentage of strikes. Scythe Lehto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lehto lands a brutal head kick. Bronze looks out on his feet and Lehto throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 6:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Scythe Lehto! Scythe Lehto seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website. In defeat, Grady Bronze stepped up to the mic, saying 'Well I think it's about time to let the young guys take over. I don't feel the drive to fight anymore. I'm just happy I had the opportunity to fight along some of the scariest opponents TOF has to offer.'.
