The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Durant.
Durant is looking to clinch but Chai is avoiding it.
An attempted straight right counter from Chai misses the target.
Durant lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Durant rushes Chai and presses him up against the cage.

Durant swings wildly with an uppercut but Chai uses good head movement to avoid it.

Durant lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Chai backwards.

Chai ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Durant moves away.
Durant tries to clinch there but Chai circles away.
Durant pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Durant throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chai.
Durant scores with the left hand. Chai knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Bronze Bomber Chai has been cut.
Chai lands a jab.
It looks like Davonte Durant has been cut.
Chai lands a big uppercut and Durant crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Durant looks OK. Chai waves Durant back to his feet!

and Chai takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Chai lands a nice looking body shot.
Durant wants to stay close but Chai steps back to make room for something. Durant seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Chai and Durant drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
