Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Takehiko Hidaka (ranked 718 p4p, 743 weight class) and James Crazyhorse (ranked 96 p4p, 99 weight class). Crazyhorse has chosen They Don’t Care About Us as his entrance music. Takehiko Hidaka could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to James Crazyhorse's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Takehiko Hidaka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, James Crazyhorse! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hidaka blocks a head kick by Crazyhorse.
An attempted straight right counter from Hidaka misses the target. Hidaka uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Crazyhorse.
Hidaka swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Crazyhorse misses with a body shot.
Crazyhorse shoots and misses and Hidaka cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Crazyhorse throws a leg kick but Hidaka sees it coming and checks it nicely. Crazyhorse lands a leg kick that knocks Hidaka off balance momentarily. Hidaka rushes Crazyhorse and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Crazyhorse misses with a body punch.
Hidaka stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. A frustrated look appears on Crazyhorse's face as he tries to break the clinch. Hidaka lands a shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hidaka throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Crazyhorses head. Crazyhorse misses with a hook from the clinch. Hidaka escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hidaka pushes Crazyhorse up against the cage in a clinch. Hidaka prevents a body shot from Crazyhorse. Hidaka lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crazyhorse tries to work over Hidaka's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Crazyhorse misses with a punch to the body.
Crazyhorse lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Hidaka. Hidaka breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hidaka on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Crazyhorse staying out of range there. Hidaka tries to clinch up. We've been told by Hidaka's head coaches at Heavy Metal that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Crazyhorse walks into a stiff left hand from Hidaka. Crazyhorse tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Hidaka connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Crazyhorse throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hidaka sees it coming and avoids it easily. Hidaka drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Crazyhorse right on the button. Crazyhorse goes down! Hidaka follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Hidaka gets the win via TKO!
