Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gord Ryan (ranked 23 p4p, 70 weight class) and Minato Tokugawa (ranked 3 p4p, 9 weight class). Ryan comes to the cage accompanied by Rusty Cage. Minato Tokugawa is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Minato Tokugawa!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tokugawa misses with a few strikes there.
Tokugawa misses the shot to the body.
A little feinted left hand from Ryan on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
A shot to the liver by Tokugawa. Beautiful body shot.
Tokugawa misses with a lunging right hand
and Ryan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ryan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ryan tries to move into range but Tokugawa moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ryan swats away the attempt to clinch by Tokugawa.

Tokugawa has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Ryan seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Tokugawa can turn it around.

Tokugawa scores with the left hand. Ryan knows he should have avoided that one.
Ryan walks into a stiff left hand from Tokugawa.
Tokugawa closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Ryan! Tokugawa dives in looking to finish! Ryan is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
