The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos ducks under a wild hook from Drake.
Drake misses with a combination
and Santos counters with a crisp one two that drops Drake! Santos thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Drake to his feet! Drake is in big trouble!
Santos moves out of range as Drake strikes.
Santos throws a quick counter head kick but Drake was just out of range.
Drake throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Drake throws a series of punches but Santos avoids them all with ease.
Santos feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Santos looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Santiago Santos has been cut.
Drake throws a lazy uppercut
and Santos counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Drake looks winded!
Drake fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Santos manages to avoid it.
Santos is looking to counter with a body kick.
Santos showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Drake.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Santos lands a big right hand that sends Drake crashing to the mat! Santos stays standing though and waves Drake back to his feet!
It looks like JD Drake has been cut.
Drake has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Drake swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Santos counters with a huge left! Drake is in big trouble! He's backing up but Santos isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Drake from any more damage. A dominating finish by Santos!
