Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiff Sanford (ranked 50 p4p, 51 weight class) and Ghost Chai (ranked 10 p4p, 11 weight class). Sanford comes to the cage accompanied by Body Count - Body Count's in the House. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tiff Sanford! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 28 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Ghost Chai! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chai misses with a body kick. Chai chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Chai tries a head kick but it misses.
Chai thuds a left hand into Sanford's body. Chai misses with the combination.
Sanford was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chai with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sanford ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Sanford looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Chai misses with an uppercut. Chai misses with a lunging right hand
and Sanford counters with a crisp right hand that drops Chai! Sanford lets Chai back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
 It looks like Ghost Chai has been cut. Chai misses with the combination.
Chai jabbing away but nothing is landing. It looked like Sanford was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Chai. Chai fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chai will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
It looked like Sanford wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Chai misses with a looping right. Sanford swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Chai on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Chai avoids the head kick by Sanford.
A solid leg kick lands there for Chai.
Chai checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. A nice side step and Chai releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Sanford ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chai moves away. Chai throws a one two combo.
 It looks like Tiff Sanford has been cut.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanford uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chai. An attempted straight right counter from Sanford misses the target. Sanford slips a straight right by Chai. It appears Sanford was looking to counter with a kick there. Chai goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Chai lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Sanford is looking to close the distance but Chai sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Sanford crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Sanford is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Ghost Chai! An out of breath Ghost Chai thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
