Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duck Dodgers (ranked 83 p4p, 138 weight class) and Lamar Gordon (ranked 11 p4p, 21 weight class). Gordon has chosen Coming Home - Ditty ft. Skylar Grey as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lamar Gordon!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Dodgers's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Dodgers duly obliges.
It looks like Lamar Gordon has been cut.

Dodgers motions for Gordon to come forward. Dodgers throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Gordon looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Dodgers is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
That has opened up Lamar Gordon's cut even more.

Gordon has Dodgers up against the cage in a clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Gordon creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Dodgers pivots, looking for a leg kick but Gordon is out of range and Dodgers settles back down.

Dodgers throws a front kick aimed at Gordon's knee but Gordon avoids it well.
Gordon lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Duck Dodgers is winning the standup battle so far.

Gordon is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Dodgers fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gordon has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Gordon takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

and Gordon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gordon buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Dodgers dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gordon. That did some damage!
Dodgers lands a slapping body shot.
Dodgers throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Dodgers misses with a hook
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Gordon on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Gordon walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Dodgers checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Dodgers swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
A big left from Dodgers misses.
Dodgers throws a looping overhand right but Gordon ducks down to avoid it.
Gordon drops his hands momentarily and Dodgers takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The cut above Lamar Gordon's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Dodgers throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gordon.
Dodgers swats away the attempt to clinch by Gordon.

Dodgers throws a low kick, looking for Gordon's leg but Gordon calmly moves out of range.
Dodgers tries a low kick but Gordon avoids it.
Gordon looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Dodgers fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gordon.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

and Dodgers counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Gordon! He's just covering up as Dodgers starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
