Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bethania Valverde!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Thiago Cunha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cheese throws an overhand right that lands on Valverde's shoulder, as Valverde tries to avoid the shot.
Valverde bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cheese's head backwards.
Cheese throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Cheese misses the shot to the body.
Valverde tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Valverde throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cheese sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Valverde is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cheese.
An inside leg kick from Valverde misses.
Cheese throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Cheese misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Cheese uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Valverde.
Valverde scores with a hook.
Cheese is looking to slow Valverde down with leg kicks.
Cheese darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Valverde lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Good leg kick by Valverde.
A swing and a miss from Valverde.

Valverde takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Cheese lands a really nice looking cross but Valverde seems unphased.
Valverde fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cheese.
Valverde tried to score with a low kick but Cheese checks it.

It seemed like Valverde was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Valverde has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Cheese slips under a jab.
Cheese throwing a counter right hand but Valverde manages to avoid it.
Valverde jabs Cheese to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Cheese lands a big right hand that sends Valverde crashing to the mat! Cheese stays standing though and waves Valverde back to his feet!
Cheese throws a solid leg kick but Valverde takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Cheese.

Cheese connects with a nice looking jab.
Cheese throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Valverde counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Cheese chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Valverde can pounce on him.
Cheese throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Valverde looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Valverde throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Cheese attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Cheese drops Valverde with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Valverde! Cheese dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
