Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lemuel Denver (ranked 21 p4p, 199 weight class) and Eugeniy Tryastsyn (ranked 6 p4p, 27 weight class). Denver kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Марш нової армії. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Eugeniy Tryastsyn!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tryastsyn gets a takedown into half guard.
Denver is trying to get back to full guard.
Denver is staying active underneath Tryastsyn, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Tryastsyn is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Denver is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Denver has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Tryastsyn throws an elbow that misses. Denver uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tryastsyn's guard. Nice move by Denver!
Tryastsyn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Denver can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Tryastsyn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Denver gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Tryastsyn throws his legs up looking for a submission but Denver uses it to pass to side control.
You can see the frustration on Tryastsyn's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Tryastsyn is working to avoid the ground and pound but Denver connects with a decent elbow.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Denver cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Denver can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tryastsyn is looking to escape.

Denver wants to control the pace but Tryastsyn is squirming around nicely.

Tryastsyn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Denver pulls his head out easily.

Tryastsyn misses with a double jab.
It looked like Denver wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Tryastsyn fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Denver sends Tryastsyn crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Denver is motioning to the referee to let Tryastsyn up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Eugeniy Tryastsyn has been cut.
Denver has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tryastsyn finds it's way round the side to connect with Denver's head.
Tryastsyn darts in looking for a takedown but Denver gets double underhooks and turns Tryastsyn into the cage.
A quick step to the side and Denver tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Denver counters with a big left hand that crumples Tryastsyn! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lemuel Denver!
