Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patterson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zeller.
Patterson tries to land a front kick but Zeller steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Patterson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Zeller shoots in but Patterson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nice defenses there by Zeller.
We've been told by Patterson's head coaches at House of 1000 Corpses that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Zeller rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Patterson makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
A bone on bone clash there as Patterson blocks the leg kick.
Patterson takes a swing at Zeller's ribcage but misses.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Patterson throws a leg kick which misses Zeller's front leg but catches the back leg as Zeller tries to avoid it.
Good leg kick by Patterson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Zeller chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Patterson can pounce on him.
Zeller's coach down at Condor Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Zeller's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Patterson moves out of range as Zeller throws a body kick.

You can see that Zeller has visibly slowed down as a result of the leg kicks
Patterson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Zeller wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Well, with Zeller on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Patterson is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

Zeller really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Patterson.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Floyd Patterson will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

Patterson unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Zeller! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Patterson is unloading with more strikes now! Zeller drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
