Born and raised in Lake Forest IL (Just outside of Chicago). Excelled at both Football and Wrestling in high school. Earned a scholarship to the University of Iowa for wrestling. 3x NCAA tournament qualifier (7th as a soph, 5th as a JR., and NCAA Champ as a SR.) Compiled a record of 115-13. Attempted to wrestle for Team USA but fell just short taking a 4th at the Olympic trials. Hung up his wrestling shoes and now attempting to be THE P4P greatest MMA fighter in history!!! |
