Rejinaldo "Monstro" Silveira interview
Mr Cropper : You have been with WFC hilo since Extreme tour final 19 and fought the likes of Alistair Emelianenko, Ronald Reagan and wfc hilo legend Artur Klimera what are your thoughts on your past opponents?
I have faced great opposition in my last fights and they have all given me great fights
Mr Cropper : What are your thoughts on the retirement of the legend Artur Klimera?
It is a shame to see someone like that hang up the gloves. He gave me the fight of my life and he should feel no dishonor in his retirement.
Mr Cropper : You are training out of STERLING SC training camp getting to train with some great legends in the world Bj Penn, Brian Adams and many more do you think you will be come a legend while being in wfc hilo?
That is my dream. To become the best fighter I can be and fight the best competition
Mr Cropper : Why were you nicknamed Monstro?
As a kid growing up I used to get into a lot of fights. Anytime I fought someone I would try to slam them onto the ground. So eventually kids would not mess with me because they thought I was a "monstro" or a monster
Mr Cropper : What is your biggest goal as a fighter?
To win the title. That is truly any young fighter's goal
Mr Cropper : What are your thoughts on the Matti Moukari v Herb Dean title fight?
It is going to be an amazing fight. Both of those guys are young and hungry and it should be a war.
Mr Cropper : If you were betting on this fight, who would you bet on?
I would have to go with Dean. He has decimated many of his opponents and I believe has the more killer instinct.
Mr Cropper : Who do you think is the most threat in wfc to your win streak?
Every fighter in this organization is a threat. Anyone on any night can come away with a victory.
Do you have anything to say to your opponent?
Lets have a good fight and really show the world what we are capable of
Would you like to say thanks to anyone?
Yes, just my family back home and all of my training partners. This victory is dedicated to all of you
