8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Carl Williamson! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williamson fails with a takedown attempt. Williamson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Williamson shoots in but no luck this time. No luck for Williamson with that takedown attempt. Nettaigyo is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Williamson. Tsumetai Nettaigyo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carl Williamson. Williamson looking to score a takedown here. Nettaigyo is defending well but Williamson drives through and ends up in Nettaigyo's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nettaigyo utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Nettaigyo seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Williamson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nettaigyo swivels though and keeps the full guard. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Nettaigyo wants it to stay on the feet. Williamson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Nettaigyo staying out of range there. Nettaigyo wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Nettaigyo leaves Williamson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Williamson dives in for a single leg takedown but Nettaigyo sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes. Nettaigyo is looking to counter the offense by Williamson and move into the clinch. Williamson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Nettaigyo is looking to counter the offense by Williamson and move into the clinch. Williamson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nettaigyo sprawls well. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanada throws an off balance right hand
and Luciano makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Luciano misses with a combination
and Sanada counters with a stiff right hand. Luciano is looking to slow Sanada down with leg kicks. Luciano keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Luciano takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. This has been an exciting period of action! Luciano tried to score with a low kick but Sanada checks it. Sanada looks like he wants to counter punch here. Luciano misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sanada.
Luciano looks to land a left hand but Sanada moved out of range nicely. Luciano ducks under a wild hook from Sanada. Luciano paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Luciano misses with a straight left. A nice side step and Sanada releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Sanada throws a body punch but Luciano moves out of range. Luciano misses with a left hand and Sanada connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Luciano connects with an inside leg kick. Luciano tests Sanada's chin there with a solid looking shot. Luciano looks to throw the jab but Sanada is out of range. A little jabbing left from Sanada on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Luciano misses with a body kick. Sanada's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Luciano moves out of range as Sanada strikes. Luciano swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Sanada gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Luciano scores with a crisp jab that stopped Sanada in his tracks. Luciano moves out of range as Sanada strikes. Luciano looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Sanada feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Luciano sprawling to the canvas! Luciano rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sanada finish him?!
Luciano is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Luciano goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Luciano moves out of range as Sanada strikes. It appears Luciano was looking to counter with a kick there. A big left from Sanada misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sanada's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Luciano connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sanada scrambles back to his feet. Luciano throws a low kick but Sanada avoids it. Sanada is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Luciano with a body shot. Luciano fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Sanada tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Luciano was well out of range. Poor timing from Sanada. Luciano scores with a nice head shot. Luciano is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Luciano lands a glancing blow to the side of Sanada's head. Luciano chopping away at his opponent's legs.

It seemed like Sanada was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Sanada in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Sanada throws a jab but it's blocked by Luciano. Luciano dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sanada. That did some damage! Luciano throws a hook but Sanada avoids it easily.

Luciano throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sanada on the side of the head. Sanada misses with an uppercut. Luciano saw that one coming. Luciano lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Luciano scores with a nice right hand.
Luciano's Muay Thai looks sharper than normal. He has obviously been working on it in the gym. Luciano lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Sanada tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Luciano tries to land a front kick but Sanada steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Luciano lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jose Carlos Luciano will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

A less than humble Evan Odds misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities. Conor Newell spoke after the fight, saying 'Fuck . I underestimated the guy . He was alot better than I thought . I'll go back the gym and I'll come back stronger'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roberts getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Roberts takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Ki gets in close and instigates a clinch. Ki manages to pull guard.
Ki is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Roberts defends well. Roberts is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Ki looking for a sweep. Not yet Ki, not yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ki is trying to control the position from the bottom.

He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Roberts rolls with it to try and escape but Ki cranks on the arm and Roberts is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

An out of breath and clearly excited Ao Ki thanked RAGS of a RONIN for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him). Max Roberts was interviewed post fight and said 'I'm a much better fighter than what you seen here, TRUST ME, ill be better next time.'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oliveira takes one to the chin there. Paterson moves into the clinch. Oliveira struggles to land a body shot inside as Paterson controls his hands.
Oliveira is pressed up against the ropes. Paterson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Oliveira down to the mat. Oliveira avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Oliveira has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A jab from Paterson misses. Oliveira just misses with a punch to the body.
Paterson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Paterson is standing up over Oliveira. Oliveira looks to escape but Paterson dives into side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Oliveira can do anything to dispel that myth. Paterson throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Oliveira trying his best to control but Paterson has mounted him. Paterson avoids the attempt from Oliveira to control. Oliveira is looking to improve his position but Paterson isn't that keen on the idea. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Paterson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Oliveira is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Oliveira takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Oliveira wants to get back to his feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alvarez looks to throw a body kick and Aziz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Aziz sizes up Alvarez with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Alvarez on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Alvarez moves out of range of the strikes. Alvarez wants to counter the offense by Aziz and move into the clinch position. Aziz scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Alvarez doesn't seem bothered though. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good work by Gardner as he checks the leg kick. It seemed like Gardner was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Mu looks to throw the jab but Gardner is out of range. Gardner throws out a counter right but Mu avoids it with no problem. Gardner doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Mu throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mu uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gardner.
Mu lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gardner's sensitive parts. Mu misses with a double jab.
Gardner walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mu looks to land a combination but Gardner avoids it well. Mu lands with a kick to the temple. Gardner shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Mu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gardner manages to avoid it. Gardner looks like he wants to counter punch here.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gardner has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mu finds it's way round the side to connect with Gardner's head. A head kick misses from Mu. Mu scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Mu jabbing away but nothing is landing. Gardner looks like he wants to counter punch here. Good shot there by Mu. Gardner missing with a left hand there. Mu was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Mu fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gardner has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Gardner avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Gardner looks like he wants to counter punch here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Gardner misses. A head kick misses from Mu. Gardner throws out a counter right but Mu avoids it with no problem. Gardner misses with an uppercut. A clash of legs there as Gardner blocks the low kick. Gardner throws out a counter right but Mu avoids it with no problem. Mu throws a combination that misses and Gardner counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Gardner lands a jab to the head.
Mu misses the jab. Gardner looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. A solid leg kick lands there for Mu.
Mu feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Gardner's calf. Gardner lands with a big left! Mu is wobbled badly! Gardner comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Mu to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Dickinson gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Bunker gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Vilson scores with a punch to the head. Vilson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jacobson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Vilson scrambles back to his feet. Vilson misses with a looping left. Vilson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jacobson. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. A swing and a miss from Jacobson. Vilson has Jacobson up against the ropes in a clinch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. A nice right hand lands inside from Jacobson. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Jacobson counters with a stiff right hand. Vilson keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Jacobson in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
