Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Doyle (ranked 1548 p4p, 1985 weight class) and Vang Poulsen (ranked 177 p4p, 224 weight class). Doyle comes to the cage accompanied by The Clash - Jimmy Jazz. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 31 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jimmy Doyle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 18 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Vang Poulsen! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.

Poulsen fails to land with a series of punches.

Nice body punch from Doyle. Doyle scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Poulsen doesn't seem bothered though. Poulsen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Doyle. Poulsen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Doyle moves away. Poulsen lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Doyle connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Poulsen's hands. Doyle walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Poulsen checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Doyle fails in his attempt to clinch.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Puno seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Point for as long as he can get away with.
