Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Larry Rollo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Danny Sitsongrit! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rollo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sitsongrit manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Nice jab there from Sitsongrit. Sitsongrit is looking to slow Rollo down with leg kicks. Rollo moves into the clinch. Rollo tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sitsongrit smiles and moves away.
Rollo has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Rollo moves to clinch but Sitsongrit breaks away and Sitsongrit counters with a nice leg kick. Rollo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Rollo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sitsongrit tries to avoid it but Rollo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sitsongrit to the ground. Sitsongrit escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rollo shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Larry Rollo. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rollo with a poor takedown and Sitsongrit counters with a leg kick. Rollo closes the distance but Sitsongrit moves to the side and Sitsongrit counters with an outside leg kick.
Rollo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sitsongrit looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rollo wants to control but Sitsongrit is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sitsongrit is looking to regain half guard here but Rollo keeps moving and retains side control. Sitsongrit wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Rollo moves into full mount! Rollo manages to capitalize on a mistake by Sitsongrit to take his back! Rollo struggling to keep hold of the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sitsongrit fending off the submission attempt from Rollo. Sitsongrit is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Rollo off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Rollo is looking for the choke from the back position but Sitsongrit is controlling his hands well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Rollo's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Sitsongrit just trying to survive but Rollo is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Sitsongrit preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Rollo. Sitsongrit trying to get back to his feet but Rollo is in full control for now. Rollo is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Sitsongrit defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Rollo gets his hands free as Sitsongrit looks to control. Rollo is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Sitsongrit won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Rollo off his unconscious opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Larry Rollo! Larry Rollo decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.

With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kittisak Saetang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adrian Sterling! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sterling gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Saetang to counter with a crisp jab. Sterling shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Saetang napping and manages to drive through into side control! Sterling controlling from side mount. Saetang tries to buck Sterling off but Sterling is having none of it. Sterling wants to lay and pray for a moment but Saetang keeps working. Sterling controls the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Sterling might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Sterling trying to control the position but Saetang is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Saetang trying to remain calm as Sterling controls from the top position. Sterling is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Saetang is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Sterling controls the position from side control. Saetang is looking to reverse the position. The referee asks Sterling politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Sterling prefers to stall for the moment though. Saetang holds on to Sterling's head and controls the position momentarily. Sterling controlling from side mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Sterling is trying to get an arm triangle but Saetang is defending well. Sterling remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Let's hope that Sterling has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Sterling wants to control but Saetang is keeping him busy.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sterling misses with a takedown letting Saetang counter with a right hand. It looks like Adrian Sterling has been cut. Sterling dives in for a single leg takedown but Saetang sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Kittisak Saetang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adrian Sterling. Nice takedown defense from Saetang. No joy for Sterling on that attempt. Sterling fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Saetang sprawls well initially but Sterling persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. It's preventing any offense from Sterling, at least for the moment. Sterling trying to control but Saetang is working from the bottom. Sterling stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Saetang swivels though and keeps the full guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sterling is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Sterling postures up.

Kittisak Saetang has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Saetang sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Saetang is refusing to be controlled, as Sterling sits in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sterling trying to pass the guard but Saetang defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Saetang has his hands clasped together around Sterling's back. He's all about the action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sterling fails with the takedown and Saetang counters with an outside leg kick.
Saetang gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sterling to score an easy takedown into full guard. Saetang seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Sterling is pushing down on Saetang's leg trying to pass to half guard. Saetang is fighting to maintain full guard but Sterling has managed to sneak the leg through. Saetang won't allow Sterling to pass to mount. Saetang is trying to control but can't.

Adrian Sterling showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Adrian Sterling's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Sterling drives through with a takedown into guard. Sterling pushing down on Saetang's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Saetang is looking to control Sterling's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Saetang avoid being mounted? Sterling is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Saetang doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sterling. Sterling maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Saetang could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Sterling has cracked it and Saetang is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Sterling!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! MacAlister slips under a jab from Hoodwell. Hoodwell with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling MacAlister to score with a decent uppercut. MacAlister has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. MacAlister connects with the punch. Nice straight punches there by MacAlister. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of MacAlister. Hoodwell is rocked! MacAlister weaves into range and cracks Hoodwell right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Hoodwell goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! MacAlister is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

A very excited looking Toby MacAlister made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Benjamin misses. Murphy looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Benjamin keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Murphy. Murphy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Benjamin. Murphy looks to land a combination but Benjamin avoids it well. Murphy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Murphy throws a front kick aimed at Benjamin's knee but Benjamin avoids it well. Benjamin throws a jab but it's blocked by Murphy. Murphy will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Murphy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Benjamin. Murphy flicks out a counter leg kick but Benjamin steps away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Murphy takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Murphy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Benjamin takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Benjamin looks to score with a jab to the body but Murphy is just out of range. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Murphy! But no joy. Murphy staying out of range there. Murphy is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Benjamin with a body shot. Murphy tries to bum rush Benjamin with a series of wild strikes but Benjamin uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Benjamin takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Benjamin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Benjamin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Murphy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Benjamin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Murphy sees it coming and avoids it easily. A jab from Murphy misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Benjamin connects with a jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Murphy blocks a head kick by Benjamin.

and Benjamin counters with a nice uppercut. Benjamin takes a swing at Murphy's ribcage but misses. Murphy connects with a right hand. Benjamin shakes it off. Benjamin loads up on a big right hand but Murphy slips the punch. Murphy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Benjamin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

As Benjamin backs off Murphy throws a huge counter combo but Benjamin manages to avoid it all. Murphy lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A big left from Benjamin misses. Murphy connects with the punch. Benjamin is rocked! Benjamin throws a head kick that misses and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Murphy fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Benjamin swings widly with a right hand
and Murphy counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Oh Benjamin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Benjamin is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Murphy doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Benjamin crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Benjamin's bad books for that mishap!
