More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Goldberg from any more punishment! Goldberg complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Undercard bout

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Donovan Wilcox (ranked 1553 p4p, 2655 weight class) and Brett Keane (ranked 216 p4p, 318 weight class). Donovan Wilcox had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Joey Simone.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Simone, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
