and as Conway loses concentration momentarily, Karim counters with a picture perfect head kick! Conway goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!

Kovacevic tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Gurgel cranks the arm and Kovacevic screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Kovacevic, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
