Horrible takedown attempt by McBean or perhaps it was just good defense by Ivanovic, which made it look bad. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ivanovic explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Ivanovic fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McBean has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Ivanovic swats away the attempt to clinch by McBean. Ivanovic is looking to counter punch. Ivanovic scores with a jab to the jaw.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ivanovic tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but McBean was well out of range. Poor timing from Ivanovic. McBean throws a lazy right hand but Ivanovic sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Ivanovic lands a slapping body shot.
