The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oliviera darts in and clinches Westlake up against the cage.

Oliviera gets control of Westlake's arms and successfully pulls guard. Oliviera will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Westlake has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Oliviera is proving hard to escape from.

Westlake got a little sloppy there for a moment and Oliviera has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Westlake has managed to get both his arms back between Oliviera's legs - danger averted.

Westlake is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Oliviera has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Westlake is looking to defend but Oliviera has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Westlake! Oliviera pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Westlake taps out and this one is all over!

Man throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lo's waist but Lo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Man off to one side.
Lo is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Man with a body shot.

Well Lo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Richard connects with a nice short shot to Hicks's temple.
