Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 31 - 37 - 2, fighting out of London, Aleksander Kazimierz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 21 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Agnieszka Ostrowski! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ostrowski misses with a looping left. Kazimierz throws a series of punches but Ostrowski moves out of range. A little jabbing left from Ostrowski on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Good standup being displayed there by Ostrowski as he connects with a hook. It looks like Aleksander Kazimierz has been cut. Ostrowski misses with a looping right. Kazimierz throws a big counter combination but Ostrowski scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Aleksander Kazimierz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kazimierz takes one on the button. Kazimierz drives through with a takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Ostrowski is wriggling around but Kazimierz manages to pass to half guard.
Kazimierz is looking to take a break and control but Ostrowski is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kazimierz in particular looking to stall.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Ostrowski wants to get back to his feet. Kazimierz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Kazimierz is trying to control the action in half guard but Ostrowski is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Ostrowski is trying to stand up here but Kazimierz is controlling him well. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Ostrowski is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Ostrowski looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Kazimierz clinches up with Ostrowski and pushes him back against the cage. Kazimierz on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Kazimierz pulls guard effortlessly. Ostrowski wanted to stand there but Kazimierz had control of the position. Ostrowski wants to stand and escape but instead Kazimierz has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ostrowski wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kazimierz manages to pass to side control. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kazimierz in particular looking to stall. Ostrowski is trying to stand back up but Kazimierz is controlling him
Kazimierz thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ostrowski's head. Kazimierz gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Kazimierz throws a body shot but no joy. Ostrowski looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Kazimierz misses with a takedown attempt - Ostrowski sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kazimierz lands a nice hook to Ostrowski's body. Ostrowski takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Ostrowski throws a jab but it's blocked by Kazimierz. Kazimierz closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ostrowski to the mat! Ostrowski manages to get full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kazimierz gets to his feet. Ostrowski looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Kazimierz has taken the fight to the clinch.

Ostrowski escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kazimierz. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aleksander Kazimierz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kazimierz falls off balance throwing a combination
and Ostrowski counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kazimierz fails in his attempt to clinch. Kazimierz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ostrowski circles away quickly and effectively. Kazimierz tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ostrowski manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ostrowski tries to kick Kazimierz off in order to stand up. Kazimierz Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Kazimierz tries for a kimura but Ostrowski is defending well. Ostrowski is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kazimierz asserts his dominance and retains side control. Kazimierz looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Ostrowski wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Ostrowski bucks up and tries to throw Kazimierz off but instead Kazimierz has got his back! Kazimierz is persistently looking for the submission but Ostrowski is defending it well.
Ostrowski is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Kazimierz off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. The referee is taking a good look at Ostrowski as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Kazimierz!

Ostrowski looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Kazimierz shoots and misses and Ostrowski counters with a nice uppercut. Kazimierz slips under a jab from Ostrowski. Ostrowski leaves Kazimierz with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Nice shot lands for Ostrowski. Ostrowski gets tackled into the cage by Kazimierz. Kazimierz maintains the clinch. Ostrowski escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Ostrowski is looking to control Kazimierz's arms but Kazimierz gets an underhook and turns him. Now Ostrowski has his back to the cage. Aleksander Kazimierz is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Kazimierz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kazimierz gets the takedown into side control. Kazimierz advances nicely into full mount. Kazimierz controlling the position easily from mount. Ostrowski has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Kazimierz's lack of action.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kazimierz is trying to control. Ostrowski wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Ostrowski is looking to escape. Kazimierz looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Ostrowski wants to get back to his feet. Kazimierz trying to control the pace. Kazimierz stops Ostrowski from getting back to his feet.

The fight stays on the outside here - DKasada looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Evans bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. DKasada misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Evans.

A big left from DKasada misses. The fighters circling - DKasada throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Evans tries a quick counter leg kick but DKasada is wise to it. DKasada connects with a crisp jab. Evans buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
DKasada is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. DKasada throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Evans sees it coming and avoids it easily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Evans doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Gwynn Evans will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. DKasada throws a lazy uppercut
and Evans counters with a nice leg kick. DKasada avoids a lazy jab quite easily. DKasada connects with a body shot. Evans ducks under a wild hook from DKasada. Evans displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as DKasada throws out the jab. A punch lands to the side of DKasada 's head but he takes it in his stride. Some bone on bone action there as DKasada checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. DKasada misses the jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Evans throws a leg kick but DKasada checks it. Evans lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. DKasada scores with a nice strike. DKasada misses with a body shot.

and Evans counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Evans displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as DKasada throws out the jab. DKasada moves out of range as Evans strikes. DKasada tries to clinch but Evans is having none of it. Evans was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. DKasada stuns Evans with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Evans takes a swing at DKasada's ribcage but misses. DKasada has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Evans. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Evans in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. DKasada throws a body punch but Evans moves out of range. Evans feints a counter leg kick. Good exchange - DKasada coming out on top.

DKasada obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A good leg kick by Evans. Evans throws a predictable looking body shot
