Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Hjalmar Raak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Lyke Tuytuhlz! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Raak throws a jab but it's blocked by Tuytuhlz. Raak misses with a right hand and Tuytuhlz counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Raak! Tuytuhlz is trying to control the action in half guard but Raak is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Tuytuhlz content to control rather than advance. Tuytuhlz stands up from half guard. Raak throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tuytuhlz drops his hands momentarily and Raak takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Tuytuhlz has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Raak misses with an uppercut. Raak lands with a shot to the body.

Tuytuhlz tries to counter by closing the distance. Raak misses with an uppercut. Tuytuhlz saw that one coming. Raak does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Raak swings widly with a right hand

and Tuytuhlz counters with a right hand that sends Raak tumbling to the canvas! Can Tuytuhlz finish him? He dives into Raak's guard looking to do just that! Tuytuhlz pushes down on Raak's leg and manages to get into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This has been an exciting period of action! Tuytuhlz stalling. It looks like Tuytuhlz is going to stand back up.

Tuytuhlz misses with a head shot. Raak uses the momentum to regain guard. Tuytuhlz wants to stand but Raak has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Tuytuhlz must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Tuytuhlz sitting in guard here, content to control. Tuytuhlz wants to control from the top but Raak keeps moving.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Tuytuhlz jabs Raak to the body, keeping him at a distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Raak fails with an attempt to clinch.
Raak throws a looping overhand right but Tuytuhlz ducks down to avoid it. Tuytuhlz doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Raak throws a jab when Tuytuhlz was well out of range. Raak staying out of range there. Hjalmar Raak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lyke Tuytuhlz dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Raak works Tuytuhlz's body with a nice hook. Tuytuhlz takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Tuytuhlz instigates a clinch. Tuytuhlz lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Raak avoids the elbow strike from Tuytuhlz, against the cage.

Tuytuhlz ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Raak clinches. With the fighters up against the cage, Tuytuhlz throws an elbow but misses. Raak has a couple of punches blocked by Tuytuhlz.

Paa uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Igwe. Igwe throws the left hand but Paa avoids the punch easily. Paa misses with a straight left. Paa has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Paa rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

Valverde is defending against the submission attempts here by Widforss.

With a record of 27 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aleks Nik! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, See How Fook! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fook throws a hook to the side of Nik's head but Nik sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Nik tries to counter by clinching up but Fook breaks away and moves out of range. Nik takes one to the chin there. Fook misses with a double jab.
Fook wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. A jab from Fook does it's job there. Nik bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Nik tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Check out the look on Nik's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Nik creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Fook sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fook struggling a bit here. Nik tries to move into full mount but can't pass Fook's legs. Fook on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nik cracks Fook with an elbow. That is naaassty. You can see the frustration on Fook's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Fook is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Nik off and has taken his back! Nik is in bad spot here.
Fook is looking to control Nik but Nik is wriggling around and keeping busy. Fook gets his hands free as Nik looks to control. Nik tries to escape the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fook is looking to slow Nik down with leg kicks. Nik chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Fook can pounce on him.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 3 - 1, fighting out of New York, Hoodoo Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 27 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Minerva Wulf! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wulf stuffs the takedown attempt from Brown. Brown gets slowly back to his feet. Wulf misses with a body shot.
Brown throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wulf's waist but Wulf gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brown off to one side. Wulf looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Wulf throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Brown. Wulf throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Brown misses with a takedown attempt - Wulf sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hoodoo Brown. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wulf looks to land a right hand but Brown moved out of range. Brown shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wulf as he avoids it easily. Wulf is just content to waste time from the top position. Brown takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Brown is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Brown keeping full guard, as Wulf tries to pass. Brown has his foot on Wulf's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wulf works his way back into a safe position though. Wulf slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
