Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Nielson (ranked 2473 p4p, 3627 weight class) and Michael Fraiberg (ranked 295 p4p, 409 weight class). Nielson shoots in looking for a takedown but Fraiberg manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nielson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Nielson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fraiberg has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

We've been informed that Fraiberg has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Nielson throws out a leg kick but Fraiberg moves out of range and Nielson only half commits.
Michael Fraiberg is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fraiberg stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
This has been an exciting period of action!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kenzo Kulmunki.
