The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Eliza Hachem and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stamatis scores with a jab to the body.
Stamatis looks to land a left hand but Paschal moved out of range nicely.
Stamatis connects with the punch.
Stamatis keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Stamatis connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Stamatis swings for the body but Paschal moves out of range.
Paschal walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Stamatis misses the shot to the body.
Stamatis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Paschal rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Stamatis makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Paschal misses with a takedown
and Stamatis counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stamatis lands a big right hand that sends Paschal crashing to the mat! Stamatis stays standing though and waves Paschal back to his feet!
Paschal is rocked!
Paschal takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Oh Paschal is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Paschal is breathing heavily.
Paschal get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Paschal stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Stamatis runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Alexandros Stamatis was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
