Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin McGuire (ranked 400 p4p, 202 weight class) and Will Wrecks (ranked 22 p4p, 9 weight class). McGuire comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will Wrecks!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuire is looking to slow Wrecks down with leg kicks.
McGuire throws a leg kick that is checked
and Wrecks counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Kevin McGuire has been cut.
McGuire looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Wrecks raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
McGuire misses with a leg kick
and Wrecks counters with a nice right hand that sends McGuire toppling to the canvas! McGuire scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Wrecks finish him?!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McGuire misses with a low kick as Wrecks jumps back.
McGuire throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Wrecks blocks the body kick.
A little jabbing left from Wrecks on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
McGuire throws a lazy uppercut
and Wrecks counters with a nice right hand that sends McGuire toppling to the canvas! McGuire scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Wrecks finish him?!
McGuire is rocked!
McGuire throws a leg kick that is checked
and Wrecks rattles McGuire with a well-timed uppercut counter. - McGuire tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Wrecks dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving McGuire stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Will Wrecks!
A relieved looking Will Wrecks thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
