Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bofur Widenose!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ramone Rocksaw!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Widenose shoots in looking for a takedown but Rocksaw manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Widenose's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Widenose has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Scrap Squad in the buildup to the fight.
Widenose tries to clinch there but Rocksaw circles away.
Rocksaw throws an off balance right hand
and Widenose counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rocksaw won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Widenose has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
You can see the frustration on Rocksaw's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Widenose content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Widenose taking a break here but Rocksaw is having none of it and regains half guard.
Rocksaw won't allow Widenose to pass to mount.

Rocksaw is staying active underneath Widenose, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Rocksaw is looking for a sweep. Widenose is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Rocksaw is still trying to improve position.
Widenose is trying for a kimura here. Rocksaw looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Widenose wins by kimura!

A relieved looking Bofur Widenose thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
