Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sey La Vie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nathan Leal!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Leal goes for a double leg but La Vie avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as La Vie continues to drive forward.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
La Vie misses with a series of wild punches.
Leal is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

La Vie throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Leal swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Leal tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but La Vie defends well and Leal ends up having to push La Vie into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
La Vie was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
La Vie throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Leal unleashes a big counter combination but La Vie bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

La Vie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

La Vie throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

and Leal counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

La Vie displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Leal.
La Vie appears to be looking for a big counter.

La Vie is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Leal can do to turn this around?

La Vie throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Oooooh!!! La Vie has knocked Leal down with a huge combo! La Vie steps away and waves a wobbly Leal back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
La Vie throws a sloppy head kick and Leal moves out of range easily.
La Vie looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

La Vie drops Leal with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Leal looks back up at him and smiles so La Vie waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
La Vie fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Leal to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Leal looks to clinch but La Vie throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Leal taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
